These Terms govern the use of Zminora provided by MYROVAQ. By downloading, accessing or using Zminora, you agree to these Terms.
1. Zminora
Zminora helps users plan schedules, record shifts and hours, and track estimated earnings. Calculations depend on user-entered information and should be checked before payroll, tax, employment or legal decisions.
2. Free and PRO features
Exact features, limitations, prices and offers are displayed in the app and in Google Play or Apple App Store.
3. PRO plans and billing
PRO may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payments and refunds are processed by the applicable storefront. Deleting Zminora does not cancel a subscription.
4. Accounts, sync and backups
Users are responsible for account security and accuracy of information entered. Sync and backups may be delayed by connectivity, provider outages or device settings.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not interfere with app security, gain unauthorized access, evade payment checks, distribute modified copies or violate applicable law. Zminora software, design and branding belong to MYROVAQ or its licensors.
6. Availability and liability
Zminora is provided on an “as available” basis and is not professional payroll, tax, accounting, employment or legal advice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
